Subprocessors

This page lists the subprocessors ChannelDock B.V. engages to process personal data on behalf of its customers under our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). ChannelDock B.V. is a Dutch company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 83335218, located at Entrada 100, 1114 AA Amsterdam. Marketplaces, carriers, fulfilment centres, apps and other third parties that a customer connects or selects are not ChannelDock’s subprocessors.
Changes to this list
ChannelDock announces an intended new or replacement subprocessor by updating this page and notifying customers by email or in the portal, at least 10 days before the change. A customer may object in writing within that period on reasonable, documented data protection grounds, as set out in section 6 of the DPA. Without a timely objection the change is accepted. Where a change is urgently needed for security, continuity or legal reasons, it may take effect immediately and the objection procedure applies afterwards.
Infrastructure & Hosting
Infrastructure subprocessors enable ChannelDock to provide the ChannelDock Service as described in our Terms and Conditions. Customer data is hosted in the EU.

AI features
These providers are used only for AI features. An admin can turn off all AI features for the account in the settings; ChannelDock then sends no data of that account to them, except for address recognition during order import, which receives only street address lines and the country code. Data submitted through their APIs is not used to train their models.
